From the Texas Monthly article just before the season, and based on how completely quiet this has been over the season -- the Waco Police are also in on the cover-up.

Very true.
We laugh at Ole Miss because everyone gets laughed when something happens in the SEC but that is nothing near enabling rapists.
Briles literally cut deals with more than one devil to have the success he has had.

UNC cheats
While nobody is probably clean it is totally crappy that the worst offenders to not get the worst penalties. Instead they are the most smug and self righteous which just makes the NCAA look more and more complicit.
