I don't understand how you can disagree. Unless you are an ED idiot who thinks "Beautiful campus" and beautiful city are code words for we give recruits cash.

Man, how ugly were the women and how bad was the campus and did the Grove not exist before CHF got there, preventing them from getting the top players........????

Kind of like comparing M&Ms, if you look at the orange and the green, you can see a difference, but when looking from a broader perspective, they are basically the same thing. You guys may not want to admit it, but the difference between the towns of Oxford and Starkville is minimal.

Oxfurd is overrated. It's a letdown after hearing how great it is.

You don't think your bias has you a little off there. When multiple independent sources go against what you are saying?

I'm not saying it's a dump or anything like that, I'm just saying it ain't what it's cracked up to be.

Is the NCAA really all over the campus? What credible evidence do we have?

Stop being butthurt we are taking your recruits. Oxford consistently ranks as one of the top college towns and Ole Miss consistently ranks as one of the most beautiful campus's, as well as having gorgeous women. Get over it

They have two 5 stars and the rest is mostly 3 stars so there class is primarily carried by there two highly touted 5 star recruits.

Larry, this has been discussed ad nauseam on this board. Ole Miss is crawling with NCAA agents and Ole Miss has enough cash to compete in the top 5 with traditional powerhouse schools 2 and 3 times as large as us.

Get with the times....the new narrative is Ole Miss not only pay the kids/ their families but also have paid off the NCAA investigators with cash and hookers..

Ole Miss still had gorgeous women and a nice campus. It is everything else that has changed. Leadership first and foremost. That is the most important thing. Also, a lot of the recruiting tactics that rivals used to use against Ole Miss, are no longer part of the equation.

I guess you're right. Oxford has two Hampton Inns where Starkville only has one. Why is that, one for the tourists and one for the business crowd?
