Florida, 2006. Spurrier's return to Gainesville. The game where Jarvis Moss blocked two field goals and essentially put UF in the title game.

The weather was beautiful, the fans were friendly, and the game was one of the best games in the SEC in the last decade. Even though Carolina lost, it was a lot of fun, and all the Gators I met were genuinely gracious, good people.

LSU-Ole Miss in Oxford, 2003.

Because the Ole Miss hotties thing is 100% true, and it was cute to see 'em so pissed off afterward.

Probably 2003 SECCG in Atlanta. We showed those Dawgs how to tailgate and party! LSU 34 UGA 13

HM:
1982 Freshman year - Birmingham LSU 20 bama 10
bama had ZERO first downs and 5 yards total offense at halftime. Didn't do much better after that...

2012 Auburn LSU 12 Auburn 10. Very nice tailgating
and hospitality.

2013 Miss State LSU 59 MSU 26 Minus the stupid GD MF cowbells, it was cool...

That's hard, I've had great nights in Baton Rouge, Oxford, Tuscaloosa, Knoxville, Auburn, and Fayetteville as a student from Mississippi State. They each have their pros and cons. It's really hard not to have fun in an SEC college town if you put forth just a little effort.

USC '14 was a good trip. Friendly fans, great food, good entertainment, and of course the debut of the Kenny-for-Heisman campaign didn't hurt. Little did we know...

The only downer was USC bringing out USC student and MOH recipient Kyle Carpenter for a pregame motivational speech. I thought that was dirty pool, and honestly thought A&M might be doomed.

I also enjoyed Ole Miss '12 and '13 and was grateful that we weren't murdered after stealing both games. The Grove was a muddy mess both years, but the wimmens made up for it. But Oxford is close enough that we just drove up game day - doesn't really qualify as a road trip.
