I do not know what happened to your Oline in November, but something went way wrong. LF had to struggle to get back to the LOS, let alone get positive yards.

Lost starting fullback and OL was banged up. That's the rant narrative anyway. Going against bigger and more talented fronts certainly didn't help.

Alright jacknola I know you've done your research, let us know how many 1st rounders LSU will have in 2017

Dang if I know. It would be pretty good for a team to have five players drafted in any round in a single year. However, I doubt that any team in history has had 5 first-round draft picks in one draft.

CBs are always in demand, but there are a lot of them in the world and I'm not sure White will be in the top three. Lots will depend on his measurable as much as his performance this year.

Pass rushers are always a commodity. But I don't see high round draft picks on the LSU DL next year. Just look across the conference, much less the rest of the country, and tell me that the DL players at LSU are top of the heap.

A really top OL prospect will get a lot of consideration, but again I don't see LSU as having the top players in the country at those positions, nor in the conference. Pocic's play at tackle will be closely observed especially against the top teams. His draft position is a question mark right now however pending his performance this year.

A standout talent at safety especially top of the line dual purpose linebackers/hybrid safeties are in demand because of the predominance of the passing game. Not sure who on LSU's team would be regarded as "best in the country" but Adams has established a good reputation and "reputation" carries weight.

The questions about the LSU players is probably a good reason they all came back to school. They were not getting 1st-2nd round projections this year. If I had to guess, I would say the best chance for first round are White and Adams. Fornette could be a first rounder, definitely would have been 5-10 years ago. His performance this year will probably define first from second round. That is not a slam on him... it is a product of the continued devaluation of the running game.

It is a compliment to LSU's talent to say that they will probably field a team this year that will have 10, maybe more, players drafted in some round some time in the future off their top 22. First round is different story. Of course that is my humble opinion, and we know what it is worth.

Just discussing your roster fellas. I don't think one time I've said that I think LSU should be down in the dumps. Got a bunch of good players coming back, should be really good. Just debating how good. That's what message boards are for I think.

Yes. But you can't come to this board for rational debate with all these trolls. This board is getting nearly unreadable once again.

Just kind of have to pick your spots. I think the more frustrating thing is that the automatic reaction to any and every post is that it is a troll or some sort of shot against a rival, which then is a self fulfilling prophecy because it inevitably leads to a troll.

You're alright. Some of your brethren are alright.

However, it is clear as day how hard it is to have a actual discussion on here due to some posters (from all fanbases).

Oh yea, absolutely. Everyone has their fingers on the trigger due to the nature of this place. It's understandable.

Good post

Although I think Adams has shown more than being just a "good reputation" type player, and LF7 is a 1st round lock barring injury.

They earned that right don't get me wrong, but every time an LSU fan tries to bring something positive about our team to this board is is truly laughable the negative back lash. Say what you want about the 15' team, this 16' team has the makes of being a really good team. So to answer your question, frick November of last year that is in the past and time to move on. 16' will be and is a new year. We have 18 starters returning, will have another top recruiting class and brought in a pretty good DC. So chew on that for a little while and I hope you choke on it as you do

All this talk about sec and national championships next season. Your program is still reeling from beat downs from Ole Piss, Bama, and Bert. You wanted to fire Les and get rid of Cameron. You still don't have a QB.

All of this is true.

But, frick ole miss. Talk shite after you actually win something significant.

That should read 13. Unless you want to count an OT possession that starts on the 25

Alabama went 45 yards on that possession. yeah it should count, even the official record books agree.

Off-topic, but it's really stupid that CFB counts OT in stats, especially scoring.
