A better job @ MSU than he ever could? I think Sparty would have been on the verge of big things ten years earlier if CNS was still there. But money talks and his arrival at LSU set in motion the wheels for SEC domination. Dantonio is doing great but is missing that one championship. Still pretty impressive considering the recruiting disadvantage he has up there.

Mark Dantonio is the most underrated coach in CFB period.

When Saban speaks you best put on your Sunday cloths because you're about to hear the truth.

The majority of talent is still in the South. He would be successful, but never coaching in the South would have limited him, imo.

Dantonio has a better record and has accomplished more than Saban did at MSU. Just plain facts. That's all he was saying. He didn't go into that hypothetical

With Dantonio and Izzo they have two of the best coaches in the country at the two main men's sports. The only way it could be topped is of Coach K or Cal came to UA.

Coaches always slobber all over each other before a game. Have you ever heard a coach say that he is better coach and has a better team before a game? Muhammed Ali would have made an interesting football coach.

Saban wasn't anywhere near the coach he was back then that he is now.
