The blame lays on Spavital. As an OC and QB coach, it was his responsibility to develop the QBs. He failed at doing so. He was also too quick to switch QBs and at times just made it awkward shuffling between Kyler and Kyle. Honestly, I don't think even he knew what he was doing.
How this dumb frick still has a job is beyond me. I know he is BFFs with Sumlin, but if he isn't fired, Sumlin's job should be on the line next year. We haven't invested this much money just to have Sumlin take care of his friends. We are doubling down to win damn it!

It sounds like the uncertainty at OC/QB Coach played a role- Sumlin is responsible for that. We should already have a new OC in place
