I think Auburn is going to have one, and only one, objective this weekend. Stop Henry at all costs. They will stack 10 in the box. They know they can't win, but they may be able to skew our game plan enough to give Henry a bad day, potentially costing him the Heisman.

That will be the victory Auburn will be looking for.

One heisman is enough for Alabama. Settle down now.

Yeah they will play some crazy arse unorthodox defense that allows them to hang around for one or two quarters. You are right, if they hold Henry to under 100 it will be moral victory city for them.

So, you mention the best plan for slowing bama's offenses, a game plan any other team would use, but since it is AU, it is only being done to get a moral victory. Yep, that makes sense.

BTW: I love that that bama players aren't taking this seriously. Here's to the lathargic attitude of the bama players allowing AU to pull off the upset.

Their defense sucks. They could put 15 in the box and Henry will get 200.

Auburn tried that strategy in 2009. Ingram still won the Heisman despite going 16 for 30.

Stacking 9 or 10 men in the box is just suicide. I can see them consistently putting 8 and relying on single coverage.

If they stopped Henry and put their WRs on defense, they may have a shot.
