Hearing that some schools could try and leverage this as a way out of the GOR. Who does the SEC call first?

Va Tech and then pick a school in NC.

The article doesn't make it sound quite as fatal as the thread title.
But to your question:
UNC and Virginia

Clemson and FSU because I'm a fan of football, not a tv executive why should I care about their earnings

North Carolina and Virginia.

If the conference is going to start bleeding? Yeah, they'll leave. Ask A&M and Mizzou. Rivalries are nice, but when it comes to money, you look out for yourself above all else.

Add a VA and a NC School, move mizzou to the west, where the geographically belong.

Why wouldn't they?

Absolutely, if we're being honest.
You could put FSU in the West and make Florida their crossover. Clemson in the East with LSU as their crossover.
Mizzou can stay in the East because Yankees.
Would Florida and Carolina really complain that much? They already play them anyway.

When does the Big 12 Network launch?

Duke/UNC would be the best option.
UNC/Virginia the next.
Then Virginia Tech/NC State after that.
Pretty much any combo of Duke/UNC/UVA/Va Tech.

There is a 0% chance FSU or Clemson are ever in the SEC

From a cultural, football, and geographical perspective FSU and Clemson are by far the best fits. It is what the fans would want. From those perspectives they make the most sense, easily.
It won't happen because of $$$. Media markets and TV contracts. And the people here, who have absolutely no skin in that game, think that's a good thing. I don't get it.

It won't happen because Florida, South Carolina, Kentucky, and A&M won't allow it. FSU had their chance and declined
