Been seeing it so much I finally had to make a thread.
-Greyson Lambert
-Drew Lock
-Brandon Harris
???
-Kyler Murray (will suck too)
Stop evaluating new QBs that have had good games vs SC.

One of these guys is not like the others... Because he has actually had a good game against a good defense.
I will give you a hint, his name starts with B and ends in randon Harris

Brandon Harris actually followed it up with two excellent performances against Florida and W. Kentucky.

Brandon Harris totally didn't throw for 200 yards against one of the best defenses in the nation.

To Harris' credit he did have a solid follow up game against UF after us. Jury's still out on Kyler Murray, but boy our D is

Kenny Trill was supposed to win the heisman

Brandon Harris was the exception though, he had an even better game against Florida

Kenny Hill will be a Jr at TCU next year, would be dumb to already write him off as no good. Yes he was immature.
It is conveniently forgotten that everybody predicted that USCe was gonna skulldrag us, and the Aggies fricked them up in their own house where they hadn't lost in a long time.

Well that was due to usc returning the most starts along their offensive line, mike Davis I guy actually believed to be one of the best running backs in the SEC, a quarterback who lead his team to a game winning drive in the previous bowl game. So nobody really expect USC to suck

Are you seriously going to brag about beating a team that's won ONE conference game yet still managed to play y'all score for score until the final minutes of the 4th quarter?

If you read the A&M board, the tone of conversation is "we aren't very good, and kyler was ok but not great by any means."
Early results are encouraging considering he is a true freshman in his first start, but everyone knows the sc defense is terrible. I don't think anyone is crowning him yet.
Personally I hope some of our lb recruits will be able to play next year. I think if we had some halfway decent linebackers our defense would improve significantly.

Well the pollsters seem to think so since they inexplicably ranked A&M this week.

Thats Mr Greyson Lambert to you, son
You know, the current NCAA record holder for most consecutive completions in a game

And you are conveniently forgetting that we finished the regular season 6-6. Sorry, that was no great win for the Ags.

eta: I predicted after the Ole Miss game that the Ags would be 9-2 going into LSU. Then we'll see how good Harris is. He should do fine in the next 3 games though.
