I thought he did that in front of Foster?

He called Foster the racial slur out loud in front of a few OVs... Barber was there and heard it... And flipped to them on Sunday.

I'm not in the know on a lot of this recruiting stuff, but explain this to me please. What is the connection with Little and Murray?

Do not think LSU is really in the picture, it is an Ole Miss/Bama fight currently. Always subject to change.

Ole Miss has another commit from Allen High School already, so hopefully we are getting a little internal help as well.

He was the first recruit to reach out to Ole Miss after the win over Texas A&M to give congrats.

Sumlin has flown in the helicopter to see some gametime of him at Allen, however the Aggies are out and not getting back in with the mess they are having. He will not be playing with Kyler unless Kyler transfers to the school Little chooses.

LSU is in it for Little. Right now they are behind Ole Miss and Bama, but he had a very good visit in BR.

Ole Miss and Bama really have to screw something up for LSU to be in it. Not saying it will not happen, but they are not tier 1 currently.

I like Ole Miss chances since we happen to have a LT spot coming open with the #1QB coming on board and a great group of receivers.

We are also about to put our current LT into the NFL as a top 5 pick.

That is right up Auburn's MO. We just have got to have a good OL to do it.

So the reason he de-committed was because Murray didn't beat out Allen? Did Murray let it be known he would bolt after not winning the job?

Seems to be A&M's to lose. Seems to be tight with Kyler Murray who also went to Allen HS. Would be a good get for them. Doesn't seem like a head case at all.

Yeah if Grimes and whoever else is recruiting him keep on the pressure. It would be nice to see LSU get a big time OL. Haven't land anything of Greg Little level since La'El Collins.

I never said UGA recruits on the up and up, I imagine besides Vandy everybody pays in the filthiest conference in the history of collegiate athletics.

LSU only has one OL signed for this class, and we have several guys leaving after this year. It is true he had an amazing visit and he is anxious to learn more about the tigers. Is it a little too late? Maybe, but Grimes is a great recruiter and we too have Harris and now Franks signed. We have great WR's out the wazzooo and he could help pave the way for LF and Guice next year. Got to be enticing for that young man. What RB's would he be paving the way for next year for OM.....

Waiting....

Still Waiting....

Okay, cricket sounds now.

i guess I will just be waiting for eternity.

The point that the OM fan stated that you are responding to still stands. Three years ago, the number 1 OT in the country committed to us and 3 years later after starting all three years, is a top 5 pick. If Laremy gets drafted that high, without a RB, why do you think Little would care about our running backs? He best RB freeze signed RS this year as well, but like I said, playing time and getting to the league are more important to an OL than the damn RB

hmmmm....why don't you check out how many players OM has put in the NFL compared to LSU in the last ten years. I'm not going to waste my time to look it up because the number is astronomical compared to OM. Secondly, look up how many championships OM has compared to LSU, once again a way lopsided number. But yeah, don't worry about LSU as a threat buddy, as Little has no chance to succeed at LSU or the NFL like he does at OM

And once again, the talent on O he could play with next year at LSU will be SICK. Don't think that doesn't play a role, he wants to go to the NFL as a high draft sure...but, i'm pretty sure he wants to win a championship too.

OM guys. aggies have had 3 straight first round ot and he is no longer considering them. he seems to want the best combination of money, chance to start as a frosh, draft preparation. no one knows what is most important to him.

You have NFL players because you recruited them. Freeze recruited them and just like if they went anywhere else, they are first rounders. No one attacked LSU saying you can't get to the NFL if you went there. Someone simply said that OM has a great argument as to why a #OT would come there and that's why it's down to us and the best recruiting school in the country. Freeze in 4 years will have more 1st round OL than Miles if you want to play the stupid, "who will get you to the league argument". But as I stated earlier, you recruit those type players, not develop them. Had LSU landed Laremy, he's be a top 5 pick there too, or anywhere for that matter

Little, like most any top OT, will go to the NFL no matter where he goes.

I think we end up with Campbell, Savage and Allen. Didn't think we'd want Allen but I think we end up with him and move him inside where he's going to sit for a few years anyways since we have 2 freshmen starting at guard currently.

Line for next year IMO:

LT: SR. Pocic
LG: SO. Teheuma
C: SO. Clapp or JR. Dodd (if Clapp starts at guard)
RG: SO. Clapp or SR. Boutte (if Clapp starts at C)
RT: SO. Weathersby or rFR. Okeke

Great point.

But keep in mind, he did commit to them for that reason. Maybe he picked up on the locker room issues or simply wants out of the state, but to say the league isn't a factor in his recruitment is assuming too much. Still a great point that actually checks our argument
