He's waiting on a AU offer Rhett Lashlee attended his game Saturday. Looks like he could be a diamond in the rough. His offense scored 94 points in a single game earlier this year.

A Cal offer for a QB is nothing to sneeze at, they have had a lot of success at the position. Got the offer today.

I doubt he is being "overlooked". There are plenty of coaches out there looking for quality QBs. I'm sure there's a reason UAB is his only offer.

Always tough to predict JUCO QBs, some of these guys tear it up in JUCO then end up 3rd string the rest of their career at a low level P5 school.
Seems like the majority of good JUCO QBs are simply transfers from P5 schools and then end up back at another P5 schools (Chad Kelly, Zach Metteneberger, Cam Newton).
Where was this guy ranked out of high school?

Not sure. He went to Air Force.

Muschamp missed the QB that is at Memphis now. We could have used him it seems.

While I agree, a lot of times, guys just do not fit with certain coaches and their styles.

He missed about 1/2 his senior year. The big FUBAR by Florida was they had him #2 and told him he was only a take if the other kid didn't commit:
