For those who were there how was the atmosphere? Any feed back from recruits etc?

Was extremely loud on 3rd downs. Stadium was dead quiet when Myles was down.
Saw a big bunch of recruits but haven't heard much feedback wise yet.
They brought the entire Corps out at halftime and made a large block T. Was pretty cool

It sounded insanely loud many times during the game on TV. Was not sure how it was in person.

Just crazy loud. And that was from my perspective at the top of the SEZ. Can't imagine how loud it must have been at field level.
Props to the 12th Man. They were bringing it on 3rd down AND 2nd down, and every big Bama offensive drive. That blocked punt was so intense!
One of the Bama players tweeted that it was the loudest stadium he'd ever been in

I've always rolled my eyes at the hyperbolic "ear-ringing" crowd, but I admit I definitely had a high pitched buzzing in my ears for about a half hour after the game. Never experienced that before.

Cloudless and hot as frick on the East side.

Felt great in the shade of the canopy

Finest and I get to experience it for the first time in 2 weeks. Will be attending with my 80-year-old-season-ticket-holding-Dad. Dad will be 80 years and 3 days old at kickoff.

Hmm under the canopy, I guess I need to break out the starched jeans in 2 weeks

Bring enough tissue to clog that nose bleed?

It was actually pleasant in the upper end zone corner where I was. Never got any direct sun and there was a breeze.
Very impressed about everything at the stadium except the sound system. It was so loud you couldn't understand what the announcer was saying. Aggie fan next to me said he was hard of hearing and at was bothering him.
Concessions were handled fantastic. Never a real wait. The pretzels were Deutchland quality

They have been working on fixing the sound all year making adjustments weekly. They'll get it right eventually. I don't know if it was designed poorly or if our sound people don't know what they're doing.
You may be on of the very few that likes the concessions. Most Ags, including myself, thinks it needs improvement.

Yeah they are working on that, it's hard to simulate 100k+ people talking at the same time much less yelling their asses off, they'll get it figured out.

I am sure they will. It probably didn't help that the speaker was right over where we were. Dang it is a big speaker.
About the concessions. The lines in other stadiums is ridiculous, including BDS. Maybe I went at a good time, but there was no wait. I also liked having large bottles of water.

Take a ton of pictures and do a write up for us. It's Finest first trip in like 20 years, right?

The only refreshments that I bought were made from barley, hops and water.
