No, but I thought we'd lose with him based on the Bama debacle.

Did you think highly motivated thoughts about UGA winning the game immediately after Chubb was injured?
A respectful question is rewarded with a respectful answer.
My exact thoughts at that moment. "I can't believe this is happening to another one of our running backs, and I hope he will fully recover so that he is able to play in the NFL and take care of his family." My exact thoughts.
Now, my thoughts when it came to the Tennessee game were that this Tennessee team is coached by a blundering idiot who can recruit, but has no idea how to finish. This is a Tennessee team who lost to an average Oklahoma team at home, lost to an improving, but not great Florida team, and just lost at home to a shite Arkansas team. We should have no problem walking out of Knoxville winning by at least a touchdown with our offensive line, a serviceable quarterback throwing to Mitchell, Godwin, the tight ends I thought we had, the great Sony Michel, and a very under appreciated Keith Marshall (averaging 5.5 a carry)
I'm sorry, I didn't think losing Chubb would cause us to lose to the likes of Tennessee.

He is a good man who loves God, and that is all I care about in my football coach.
So that's what all this Richt hating is about.
The religion haters want to fire Richt because he is a Christian and loves God.
Thanks for pointing that out to me.

I thought the same thing plus that it could cost us the game.

Well, you were wrong and I was right.

I shouldn't even respond to this. Nobody should give a rats arse what religion Mark Richt is, that is his personal business. If he wants be a good Christian man for his players, more power to him. His JOB, what it is he paid to do by the University of Georgia, is to win football games and generate revenue.

See if I were your teacher here, I would mark this answer wrong because you failed to show your work.

I thought the same thing that you thought except you thought Chubb's injury wouldn't cost us the game and I thought it could cost us the game.
You were wrong and I was right.
Q.E.D.

I'm certain they were in shock and not very highly motivated just like most UGA fans were.
Did you think highly motivated thoughts about UGA winning the game immediately after Chubb was injured?
I was distraught after that first play, but I had lots of good thoughts as we went up by 21. Sony ran all over them and we made a big special teams play.

You've got to be kidding. Chubb is Heisman material. Sony isn't.
Not kidding at all. Most dawg fans understand how much of a badass a healthy Sony is. Kid is electric. 127 carries for 831 yards in his career is very good. 19 catches for 280 yards is also very good. Thats 146 touches for 1111 yards in barely half a season worth of starter touches. If he keeps that up, he will be Heisman material.

That's your problem.
You think we are supposed to win a game against a top 15 team just because we are ranked above them.
That ain't how the ball bounces.
Some are tired of hearing about our choker rep only to see us choke hard year after year. Call it a problem if you want, but we know its a natural reaction to the humiliation and pain UGA fans suffer through. Better programs do better than 1-8 in such situations. We want to be better.

Sorry, no poll. I can tell you don't get out much. If you spent time on SEC, rival, and National message boards, or read articles or watched CFB shows that discuss UGA, you would understand that we have a well earned reputation. Its not limited to a few people.

SOS lost 8 of 9 SEC games dating back to last season. Wonder who his lone W was against??
Was it UGA? That was a game Herbstriet predicted perfectly.

Would you say that about Gurley and the UF and Tech games from last year? Not sure why you are acting like it would be a guaranteed W. We have lost with him before.

Nailed it once again. Christians have been so victimized in this country and now this poor man is under fire because he loves God. It's horrible that his ability to get us to a Jan 1st bowl in Florida go unnoticed because of it.

While this is true, CMR is the one who puts this out for public consumption, first and foremost. At that point it becomes fair game, especially when you see him shrug off huge losses in the last ten years - particularly when the subtext of his entire M.O. is that there are more important things in life than football. This is despite the fact that he is paid $11k+ PER MOTHERfrickING Day to make football and winning games his priority.
How he lives his life outside the lines is 100% irrelevant and absolutely none of our business. The bottom line is that he's not achieving his prime directive as a coach.

If Gurley didn't play in the UF and Tech games and we still lost both of them then I and a bunch of other UGA fans would be able to say it.
If Chubb played and and we still lost to UT then I wouldn't be able to say it, would I?
But Chubb didn't so I can.

Unlike you, I have a real life so I can't spend all day listening to what some sports "experts" think about Georgia's record and reputation.

Classic. Using a message board to put down others for paying attention to message boards.
