You mean the 1 yr history of Bama being SEC Champs and Ole Miss not?

Let's talk about when Treadwell and Co. were freshmen and Bama was the best they've ever been.
Let's ignore last year completely
Alabama was surely not the best they've ever been. The ending results from that '13 season prove that. We don't have to ignore last year. Alabama got up 7-3 and got a fortunate call their way before halftime, giving them a 14-3 lead. I'll admit it was horse shite, but Alabama was still leading at halftime regardless of that. Blake Sims struggled throughout the year on the road and it was evident that the crowd noise effected him. Alabama still nearly put up 400 yards on that "vaunted" defense you guys refer to a lot and Yeldon had close to 130 rushing yards.
Happy?

If you have to ask.........
Bama fans, where is the best place I can get some houndstooth gear to wear? Nevermind, headed to Walmart.

You realize the players you are going up against, which are the most talented ever at OM
Are you saying this team is better than Ole Miss' national championship teams?

Losing on the road to Bama this weekend won't be the end of the Ole Miss program.
Bama is the premier program in college football.
This weekend the Rebels will go and see how we fare against the team everybody considers to be the gold standard year in and year out.
If we lose, so be it. I won't be shocked if we win or lose this game.
This Rebel team is talented and still hungry so I'm excited about the year ahead. Everybody will be dickriding Bama if they win. We all know that.
Rebel fans are excited because we have a lot of reasons to be excited. We think we have a good shot because we do have a pretty good shot at beating Bama again. It won't be easy but there's little reason to be all skerrred of Bama if you are an Ole Miss fan today.
If the Rebs lose a close game to Bama then that will be disappointing but it won't be the end of the world at all. We still have LSU/AU/A&M left. This is the SEC and this weekend is just one game. The west is brutal so I don't think anybody will come out undefeated anyway.

That 2013 Bama team was really, really good.
And last year's Bama team wasn't a bunch of scrubs either.
The fact that Ole Miss beat Bama should give you some indication that the Rebels had elevated their talent and coaching from years past.
Just look at the list of programs/teams that have beaten Bama since Saban got the program rolling. They don't lose to bad teams.
This Rebel team is better on paper than last years. Will that transfer to the field? We are about to find out.

A team that's beat Bama 10 times in 100 years.

why not discuss the past that is the most relevant, like a team made up of similar players with the same coaching staff?
Ahh... to be young and naïve.

I don't kick trash cans because only shitty people do that. Plus I know that losing a road game in this conference is a possibility and can emotionally deal with it. Looking forward to a good game Saturday.
