I watch the JSU vs AU game in its entirety and I know LSU will beat the shite out of AU's shitty dline with one play...

The Read Option.

I don't know if it was because Auburn is that bad defending it, or was it because Lawson didn't play.

I would run the zone read. Auburn had problems defending Saturday, but Lawson didn't play so its hard to tell

Harris had some nice runs Sunday. Honestly I think we will still run our power game and dare them to stop us.

QB - LSU. We have seen enough of JJ to know that he isn't where most fans thought he would be and Auburn fans want him to be.

I bet not one single Auburn fan would have thought this 3 weeks ago. They swore up and down they had Peyton Manning under center.

This isn't yet the strength we hoped it would be. It would be nice if someone besides Pocic could play center.

We spent a lot of time in nickle.

One man doesn't cannot improve what I saw on how AU as unit defended this play. He can't cover the QB and the RB at the same time.

LSU RB >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> JSU RB

JSU QB is legit tho

LSU ran the read option very well Saturday. Problem is we only ran it about 3 times.

This proves you weren't paying close attention. Adams was in the backfield on most plays from the DT spot, but our ends weren't athletic enough to set the edge. The Adams and Lawson and Mckinzy combo should kill this play on at least one half of the field.

Lawson has far more instincts and his impact could be astounding.

You run right at Carl, expect bad things.

Think 2006 type game.

This was against JSU. Did you not see that arse whooping Fournette and Williams put on MsSt? Like I said one man will not improve how yall's dline defended the run let alone the read option.

JJ will completely crack this week in Death Valley. 4 Sacks and 3-4 INTs easily.

34-17 LSU

It wasn't about confusing the QB, it was confusing the o line. On paper, AUS o line it light years ahead of MSUs.

For sure Auburn's line is light years ahead, but in one game we've seen more stunting and exotic blitzes than all of last year. And I'm not saying Auburn line isn't ready for that, but JJ's internal clock seems to already have him making mistakes. Being a young QB with exotic blitzes and disguising blitzes, can be enough to make him start second guessing himself.

And as MSST's line stunk, Dak was exceptional in buying time and making the right underneath pass. Dak was able to get to the second and third look even with pressure. It will be interesting to see how LSU's DL can interrupt the line play and cause JJ to make some mistakes.

Even if Lawson plays the real question is how healthy. It's a big unknown.

But a healthy Lawson is a beast and would make a significant difference.

He just drops and throws to a predetermined receiver. Not sure an exotic defense will have much affect because he isn't concerned with where the defenders are. He looks at 1 on 1 matchups, but ignores lbs and safeties helping in coverage.

JJ doesn't do this without pressure.

A perfect game for les is 55 rushing plays and making the opposing defense quit.

I assure you that will be the strategy.
