Some guy in your other thread said he hoped it was Daniel Tosh. I kind of do too. That guy always makes me laugh.
Good idea. Maybe next we will take away tackling so no one gets hurt.

I'd love to see Daniel Tosh

Oh god me too.

Although I'll probably never move back, at least not until I've finished my run in the military, I do find myself thinking about Dixie a lot. Grew up in the outskirts of Birmingham and enjoyed every second of it.

I lived in Alabama my entire life until I moved to Texas for a year and now I'm in New Mexico. Enjoy it because of the outdoor activities but damn I miss Milos and bass fishing..

Not to mention the fact that if you even bring up college football in Albuquerque people look at you weird. All NFL fans here..

For those of you who grew up in Alabama like myself and then moved out of state. How many of you actually moved back or have plans to move back?

Do you like where you are now more than Bama?

What are some things you miss, don't miss?

Why'd you move in the first place?

PS: I'm not sure if this board is strictly for sports topics only, so if it goes against the rules just request admin and we will have it taken down.

I can see where you are coming from on TAMU...

But Auburn and Ole Miss?

May I remind you how shitty of a program Arkansas is?

Auburn SEC Titles: 8 Division Titles: 8
Ole Miss SEC Titles: 6 Division Titles: 0
Arkansas SEC Titles: 0 Division Titles: 4

What does Arkansas have to bring to the table?

Auburn against Arkansas 13 to 10 wins.

Plus Arkansas is 1-3, so we aren't even watching you win...
Did JJ play at all? Has the freshman sealed his position as the starter?

well he is. dwi

Hershel Walker?
Excited for this game. Alabama needs a little redemption.

I didn't watch the Auburn game.

How'd the freshman do?

Well Ole Miss thought they were going to beat Alabama at home for the first time in so many years and beat Alabama back to back for the first time ever. All Alabama fans laughed at said that wasn't going to happen. I find it best not to talk in absolutes.
Adam Griffith,

we knew he was bad but not that bad..
Just because we are not guaranteed a spot in CFB playoffs doesn't mean Alabama should lay down and die.

QB situation is starting to straighten out. Coker is showing that he can make plays. Still tries to force it down field and doesn't seem to be the best when it comes to completion rate. But he's improving.

We still have one of the best backfields in the country.

OL, freshman need to close the gap. OLE Miss DL got way to many rushing opportunities but the talent is still there.

DL, keep doing what you are doing.

Defense secondary will get their money's worth playing TAMU, other than that pretty solid.

Getting Adam Griffith some confidence and we will score more when being shutdown in the red zone. Not having a good kicker is crippling.

And for the love of God something needs to give on the offensive play calling.

I understand the stars will have to line up for Alabama to make it to the playoffs, but we don't have to make it there to have a great season.

We could still be a one loss team and finish 2/3 in the West and get a hell of a bowl game.

Roll Tide.

I see what you did there... :doublebird:

Could you imagine Saban doing this? Yeah, me neither.

See I don't understand that. This is a positive thread about the big heart of one man. And you come in and throw negativity towards another. What the heck is wrong with you..

As for Les, he's one coach that not only influences his players but does so much for his community. Great guy.

I saw somewhere that his wires were crossed after the hit. If you watch the play he did good to know which sideline was his.

Fair enough. I just saw that there was no injury report.

Did Bateman get hurt on that block during the Ole Miss game?

No Saban said in the post game conference it was their plan all along to start him and bring tempo to the first half and Coker was going to finish it out. I guess they just decided to do that after he threw that interception. Which I didn't think was a bad play just a case of miscommunication between the receivers and Bateman.
I still see potential in Cooper Bateman. He's confident and consistent. He's just not a star. But given the chance to shine I think he would be a way better go to guy than Coker.
