AU/LSU from a decade ago was as fierce as any in the conference, but AU dropped the ball. I took as much pleasure in those wins as uga/bama. Not the same since Tubs is gone.

I'd say there's a lot of rivalness ( new word, keep up) among Arkansas, aTm, and Ole Miss. Bama is directed to Saban. And for no real reason LSU loves Auburn.
The Ole Miss hatred is border line because it was once very intense, but that was before the advent of color television.
Arkansas has only developed over 20 years, but is a good ongoing rival. aTm will be the ultimate rival. Just early on for now. Just wait. ..

Actually it illustrates how far you had just fallen....from talks of playoff contender to usual mediocrity... All beginning right there in Tiger Stadium, that night.

LSU has more history with Arkansas than Texas A&M, Auburn and Florida has only played 1 more game against LSU all time.
You just should've said it's your least favorite of the four.

They ran away from us because we whipped them so repeatedly and so thoroughly. Their head coach said he couldn't build a winning program starting 0-1 every season, so they ran away. I don't see how you can be a rival with someone like that. Auburn lost to Alabama for many years when Bear Bryant was there, but they never considered running away. I don't think LSU is capable of an ultimate rival.

Oh look, this topic again.
Just think, after beating LSU "so repeatedly and so thoroughly" over those five years, aTm was only 6 games down in the head-to-head.
