We always seem to have 1 or 2 as well. One of our backup DTs went down for the season with an acl. He isn't a d3vistating loss, but hurts none the less.

Reggie broke his fibula. And, depending on the fracture site and severity it could just as easily take 8-12 weeks before any weight bearing. Hard to say without knowing specifics.
Sucks for the kid.

I've broken my foot before and it took 6 weeks minimum before the cast comes off. Then a few weeks to get back to playing shape. Probably mid season return imo

He's a tough dude. He'll be back before then.

Fibula does not equal a foot and depending on the bone he could put weight on it tomorrow. We will have to wait and hear from the docs before anyone makes a diagnosis...

Ogletree broke his foot in week 1 a few seasons ago and was back by like week 5 if I remember correctly. Hopefully this is the case for the big guy and he missed at worst the first 2 games

Thanks for the anatomy lesson. I was responding the fellow who said Reggie broke his foot. I responded saying he broke his fibula.

BOL is citing sources who are saying Robinson is injured but it isn't as serious as initially reported. It seems he may be okay.

If I ever find myself so resentful of a rival team, their players and their fans that I wish injuries upon their players, you have my permission to drive over to The sprawling Pimp Compound, and beat me to death with a hammer.
That's what I choose to say with my 35,000th post.

What sucks is we have 3 really tough early games too (Wisconsin, OM, UGA). Can't afford to have a star LT out for those while breaking in a new QB. Hopefully he can play with it (whatever it is). God our schedule is a nightmare this year. 9 of 12 regular season games will be against likely ranked teams.

Wah wah. Bama finally plays a schedule like AU plays every damn year. Huge change for you guys I suppose.

Pussies.
Started with Bear Bryant wanting the weakest schedule possible and continues. Bama tradition.
