I may be mistaken but those look like a new apartment complex that is being built way down W. Glenn avenue. It's a private company and the buildings are located about 2 miles off campus. They are a far cry from "Auburn dorms".
Again, if I am not mistaken.

Magnolia dead ends into Debardeleben by the big house that is used for wedding receptions.

What is standard procedure for a place like this if those with leases can't move in? Anyone been in a similar situation, or know?

I think I'd find out the cause before I moved in. If it's faulty wiring or something construction wise, I'd tell them to frick off...

2 miles is a huge stretch... Maybe 1/2 mile.

That is an apartment complex and not dorms. Most Auburn residents were up in arms about its construction since it's so tall and has a humongous, ugly parking deck along with it.

That is the place responsible for the moratorium on new multi family dwellings in Auburn.

Not dorms. Change the title. It is apartments as a couple of people said.

With my luck they would put my group up in the creepy arse motel on south college right before the Winn Dixie shopping center. The one that never has any cars in the parking lot
