Wow, another one gone? Wasn't he expected to start? Regardless as far as depth is concerned, thats not looking too good.

Definitely agree. The DL isnt going to be good. Especially by mid season when a couple of injuries have been picked up.

Not good for depth but he couldn't get on the field last season when we needed bodies at DT, so no big loss IMO.

Dline depth will be a bigger issue than QB for LSU this year,felt weird typing that.

We basically need Gilmore and Herron to step up big time. If they don't, it's going to be messy by the end of the season.

We added Mickey Johnson back today, so lost one and picked back up another.
I'd certainly take Bain over Johnson though - at least Bain wasn't a starter.

I always thought he was at best a mediocre coach, but man last year was just sad. All that star talent and the DL would put you to sleep.

no depth at lsu dline. i think thats what sets bama apart this year, we have essentially 2 full lines of guys who would be starting at many other schools.
