The new thing is to fill water balloons with shitty cheap horrible whiskey and throw them on opposing fans and alerting authorities to unruly dangerous behavior by these out of town drunks.

so what happens when security comes and questions the guy with an entire shirt/pants doused with whiskey and a broken water balloon at his feet and he says "yeah, that guy threw a whiskey balloon at me" and then they look at an arkansas fan who is swaying like one of those inflatable carwash tubemen and sayign "it it wa himi ocifer. thazzaguy right there getttim outta here *hiccup*"?

You do know that cops can tell the difference between a drunk and someone who's had alcohol spilled on them, right? OTOH, you're in Arkansas, so they probably can't.

Doesn't matter if guy is drunk or not. The probability of them being intoxicated is rather high on game day. Dude's still getting tazed and maybe shot.
