its happened. Hell one kid got in trouble for accepting a golf cart ride to class in the past, but falls under the same rule set. The thing is though, its not a major violation and punishment is education and repayment for the service, which is just a couple of dollars

I think the punishment is repayment for transportation + suspension of a certain % of the games.

Are you a lawyer? Do you know I'm wrong? Couldn't the DA subpoena the agents? If they pulled Tunsil off the stepfather, wouldn't the DA be obligated to?
The DA ain't got shite to do with this.

Simple assault and two counts of domestic violence. I read that here from an ole miss fan, not sure on the accuracy.

The charges are misdemeanors. The County Prosecutor handles those. The District Attorney handles felonies.

IF he's lucky. I think Leavenworth may be more appropriate in this case, or even Guantanamo Bay.

Unless its in the city limits. Then, it's the city attorney who handles it.
Funny thing about Mississippi though, if it is in the county, the presiding judge may have only a GED as education. They do get specifcic training after election. Municipal judges are attorneys.

Correct. I'm basing my statement off of the report that Lafayette County Sheriff's Office handled the call, and the media have been citing to a report from them. Generally, OPD would show up for domestic callas within the city limits, and even if LCSO showed up, the report would generally be written and finalized by the OPD if it was in the city limits.

Justice Court judges have a strong lobby in Jackson.

If anyone doesn't think Ole Miss is headed for probation soon then they haven't been following the national recruiting ranking trends over the past 10 years.
