Not terribly surprising. I wish the best to him and hopefully he can find the brain and work ethic to match his skill set.

Dammit....
Tats = championship
If only we could have gotten his tats in a black jersey we'd have been destined to win big.

Most here were all for Park when UGA was recruiting him. Now many seem "happy" to see him go. It's unfortunate the young man did not graduate with a full ride from the University of Georgia.

I like Park and I like his skill set. He just got caught in the #s game at UGA and could see the writing on the wall.
I think he could be an excellent college QB, just needs to get in the right program.
Best of luck to him.

Good decision by him. Wish him the best so long as he never plays against us.

I can't blame Park for leaving because it was obvious that he would probably never see action. I just hope Bauta doesn't decide to jump ship. Richt had good success playing both Greene and Shockley. I don't see why both Ramsey and Bauta shouldn't see action at least for the first two games.
While he was at Florida, Steve Spurrior had amazing success running more than one QB. The key to success with a two QB system is avoidance of scripting series. If the first guy is hot don't take him out. If the QB isn't moving the ball, yank him. Once it becomes completely apparent that one of the QBs is superior, stop the substitutions. Handling the QB situation like Spurrior did does require good judgement and decision making of coaches.

What's the real opinion on him leaving (I know I won't get it on tRant)? I thought folks were fairly high on his skill set despite him not really coming along yet. Although, lately I've heard whispers that he had Tyler Bray syndrome (talent but 10 cent head - although truth be told I think 90 percent of Bray's problem was Dooley + no motivation/work ethic and the other 10 percent lack of maturity and much of that in retrospect had to do with Dooley being a crappy headman when Bray needed a firmer leash and an actual example of leadership to follow in order to grow and mature).
Thoughts on Park? Is he just not serious enough (I mean that happens too)?
