in situations like this, I reserve judgment.
it's easy to jump to conclusions, but I just have seen too much bullshite to automatically take the word of a woman in cases like this.
he should not be suspended until the court process is completed, IMHO

Usually I think the player should sit until things are cleared up. But with Baton Rouge PD, who knows what the frick is going to happen.

He should absolutely be suspended until it's cleared up. He was arrested on a felony charge. If they find he is telling the truth and drop the felony then he can be reinstated.
