How is the SEC doing in the Softball Regionals?

Kentucky defeated Ball State 5-0 today advancing 2-0. Will play winner of elimination game tomorrow to advance again to the Supers.

Bama beat Fairfield yesterday and beat Washington today. Will face the winner of Game 5 tomorrow.

Kentucky would have to play the Gators in the Supers if they win Sunday.

Looking at the scores, looks like they finished up with Arizona State. Went down in a 1-0 game.

Alabama is 2-0, and was able to shorten all their games.
Florida is 2-0.
Tennessee is 2-0.
Auburn is 2-0.
Texas A&M is currently up 5-3 over Okie in the bottom of the 4th. They are currently 1-0.
UGA is 1-0. They are in the 14th inning against WKU.
Missouri is 1-0, and their game starts soon.
MSU is 0-1, and plays in the loser's bracket game tonight.
South Carolina won their loser's bracket game, and is playing UCF today (currently 0-0) to see who plays in the regional championship game. They are 1-1.
LSU just lost their game against ASU, and will play the winner of the Texas Southern / Nebraska game to see who moves on to play ASU. They are 1-1.
So far, the SEC is doing VERY well. 4 teams are already advanced to the regional final. 3 more can do so by winning today. Only LSU, South Carolina, and MSU have a loss but are all still very much in it.

FYI, UGA just lost to WKU. They are now 1-1, and will play they winner of North Carolina and Cent. Conn. State.

I'm not sure LSU is VERY MUCH in it...maybe in it...but they haven't played well in a few weeks now.....after being almost unbeatable for most of the year....sux.

You're going to need more than 6 WCWS appearances and more than the 3 sec regular season and tournament championship to 'carry' the sec.....thanks for playing tho.
