If Blake threw it earlier, OJ could have sat under it. He had the guy beat, but Sims threw it late and behind. It was a really shitty throw.

So you guys don't want a proven guy. You rather have a guy that looked like shite at A-Day. Seems fishy to me. I don't think he comes here but shite still seems fishy

How is it fishy? I'm just being a realist. A guy who currently doesnt have full range of motion isnt going to come into our system, learn the playbook, get CNS's trust, gain chemistry with our WRs, and be a leader to our team in less than three months. If that is our only hope for this season then we are screwed.

Give the scholarship to Christian Bell. He deserves it. He chose a greyshirt at Alabama over a scholarship at Miss St, was committed to us for over six months, etc. don't give a scholarship to someone who only wants to be at UA because he won't win a starting job elsewhere. Give it to the kid who has ate, slept, breathed Bama even when we pulled his scholly.

Agreed. I just don't see the reason for bringing Miller onto our team.

...the 6'6 guy should have, at the very least, been able to contest the 5'9 guy on the throw, and kept him from picking it off.

Just saying if CNS brings him in he did for a reason. I for one would rather have Coker but im not going to question what CNS does because he knows more than any of us.

Just a little bit of alligator arms by the receiver on that one? Have to attack the ball in that situation.

He still threw it to the one place the defender had a chance at it.

You're wasting your time attempting to explain it. I explained it and some of these dudes wanted me banned.

It just seemed they hated Blake and wanted a reason for him out, to be frankly honest.

That throw was never the QBs fault. Great throw leading his receiver. Not the QBs fault his TE plays like he is 4'6 and not 6'6.

1). No OJ couldn't have sat under it, because he had a man covering his under. Blake threw it to the only place he could.

2). OJ didn't even keep full speed. He slowed down, had he not been lazy the ball would have fell slightly in behind him (to turn and catch).

3). That was a shite throw? In what realm? Facts... don't just ignore them.

I promise that is my last time correct that nonsense. It just irks me every time I see that stuff.

Meh. It was a both/and instead of either/or. Bad effort by OJ Howard and poor throw by Blake. Blake does the checkdown and we live to fight another down.

In any case, we didn't lose that game because of OJ/Blake as much as Christion Jones being terrible.

I will repeat. NOT a poor throw. The pass wasn't off, too long or inaccurate. It was right in the stride of the player.

It is hypocritical for that poster to demand Blake to throw a perfect pass, in a perfect space; yet he can't be bothered to ask his tight end to run his entire route and go for the ball.

Even with OJ take that play off, the ball was right at his hands. He just let a midget take it from him. Had that CB not been quick enough, OJ (maybe he drops that, wouldn't be surprised) catches the ball and we're undefeated.

I'm sure that poster would still find a reason to hate though; always did last season.

Great pass, okay effort by TE, awesome play by the CB pealing off his guy and robbing him.

That we can all agree on: it was an incredible play by the db.

BTW. I have never had as good a time with an opposing fan base as I did down at the Sugar Bowl. Your fans were a pleasure to be around before and after the game. Young and old.

Yeah that CB made a heck of a play. Came off the wideout perfectly and floated right behind OJ. OJ had no area awareness I'm sure and didn't even notice it.
