Ole Miss had just gotten murdered by Arkansas in Fayetteville, so even though the dogs had only lost one or two games at that point (I think?) a few were still riding a bit high going into that Ole Miss game for obvious reasons. Apparently, Hardy_Har was one of them

That's a good one. Props to aggiebelle for putting up with Tbird.
Mine has no particular significance. It just struck me as funny. An obviously drunk Rebel fan completely butchered the English language while bashing A&M, and it was too good to pass up.

The longwhorns #1 source and reporter went full retard and announced that his sources in the SEC assured him that there was absolutely no chance of A&M going to the SEC. 1 week later it was announced.

It was the day KSU and Oregon lost getting Alabama back into the BCS conversation against Notre Dame, the admins were being overworked with everything that was going on and vitriol it was producing.
But then one poster, whose name is remembered by few and was generally not to be named (Bootyman, RIP) began the longest lasting pron thread I've ever seen on the rant. To commemorate that thread, I've had the page number as a sig, comparing it to DiMagio's hit streak because I think it's a record that will never be broken.
ETA: I don't expect it'll last much longer if the admins read this thread.

My sig quote is just some random babble by the infamous raymond mercer. He was undoubtably talking some epic shite to an LSU fan.
My sig pic is my personal favorite though. Ballstothewesleywall had an awesome melt over the loss of Drew Richmond.

A&M got shite for claiming conference titles, so in SEC fashion I put them in my sig. Also added when we beat Oklahoma in the Cotton Bowl... one of two "One True Champion(s)" for that conference in 2012. How they didn't see that shite coming last year baffles me. Simply amazing.
