Already has an amazing head start to becoming one of the All Time Georgia greats.
His move on Roquan Smith on signing day was Dawg to the bone.
If he makes the impact he looks capable of making on the field, he will soon be firmly entrenched in the Georgia Bulldog Pantheon of Greatness (yeah, I just made that up, but he'll be in it).
Definitely rooting for him to come in, kick arse and take names on field, just like he does with wayward recruits on Signing Day.

Ouch. He rearranged that RB's bone structure without even trying.
Can't wait to see what he does when he really means it.
And that RB was awfully slow to get up, wasn't he.

So the center missed his block and Trent has a free shot on the RB. We are getting excited about that?
He hit a man in a thud practice like a brick wall. Next play he shoulda got cut to the ground.
I love my dawgs but y'all get excited over simple stupid stuff. If he flat out beat a guy who is supposed to be blocking that's one thing.
Now enter your expression here, I'm an idiot and I need to stop talking crap on the board.

Go ask any offensive line coach what they do when defensive players tackle on thud days. They'll say the same thing. You start cutting their arse.
Now...take off.
Now...take off.

We aren't neccessarily getting excited for TT because of this video as much as the fact that he's the number one player in the nation and out preformed everyone in the all american game to earn that.

Let's break a few things down.
First of all, cut blocking is illegal. Second, Chop blocking is legal however the only teams that use this technique consistently is Tech. Third, you are attempting to troll over the number 1 ranked recruit in the nation. Here's your sign.

Wrong
I should have clarified for the idiots. If the defender is engaged you can't cut which is really the primary risk for cut blocks. This idiot is suggesting teams cut Thompson if he embarrassed their RB.

Cutting is far from illegal. A chop block is a type of cut block. On a thud day if a defensive player tackles offensive players cut. You don't want to get cut then you thud as your supposed to.
Not at all...tackling on a thud day is a great way to get a player hurt. You don't do that crap. You also don't cut your own teammates. That being said, offensive guys start cutting in practice if defensive guys start tackling. Thompson was wrong for running his arse over.
Every offensive line coach in America would'a told his guys to start cutting until he decided to stop tackling.

Pretty boy...I forgot to give you this.

Oops, looks like adding Roquan Smith to the class finally made some of the haters just a little bitter. Relax, don't use up all your frustration because our #1 recruit hit somebody too hard in practice. Some dwag player will get in trouble for making an illegal turn on his scooter and you can unload in fine fashion.

Don't know if you caught this 88, but it wasn't just Georgia fans that got excited about that hit. Everyone on the field (except maybe the RB) got psyched, everyone there watching (except maybe the RB's parents) got psyched as well as a horde of non Georgia fans that have seen that little clip since.
So, y'know, sorry for partying. You may now feel free to run along and rain on someone else's parade.
