We'll just pick up Malzahn.

As HC?

Sorry, I can't see Malzahn taking a step down.

Maybe y'all can get Bert.

Bama almost lost a national championship in 2012 in virtually identical fashion against aTm.

Except time ran out on UGA.

Also, Bama DOMINATED UGA by running it right down their throat after UGA went up 21-10

LSU fans still are not over Flynn losing his job and roster spot to Russell.

That was strike two. Strike one was Pete Carroll was at USC claiming a co-championship with LSU (which was vacated BTW).

I still would not piss on him if he was on fire.

It takes 1 full season to get over a tough loss in a title game. Then after that - its back to the title game.

Seattle won't make the playoffs next year. They will lose a few games that should win. They will lose to teams that never ever win championships. They will probably even lose to a one year relevant on the road. They will do stupid stuff - like fumble a couple of games away. Once they are out of the playoffs - they won't care.

It wasn't vacated.

I don't know a single LSU fan that feels this way?

I honestly don't even get the reference.

several examples from baseball and basketball.

hard ball bounces up and hits Yankee SS in the adams apple and game continues, instead of ending with Yankees winning series. Mazeroski hits HR to win in extra innings.

some Cub from class A, Lodi, dropped a pop fly giving the Mets (Seaver, Koosman, Ryan) the national league instead of the Cubs.

Phils, blowing a 9 game lead. St Louis Gibson striking out BOTH Allen and Callison with the BASES LOADED, twice in the same one run game.

Detroit leading. French Lick steals the ball.

west conf finals. Bulls had won their three by comfortable margins. Lakers won a couple in OT. Lakers West make a steal in the open court to take lead, and then Wilt blocks a shot. Lakers win by 1. Bulls with Chet Walker, Sloan lose to Wilt, Oscar, Jerry West.
