So let me get this straight, when Wisconsin (who got the shite kicked out of them by Ohio State) beat Auburn (who got the shite kicked out of them by Bama). Ohio State realized that they could beat the team (Alabama) that beat the team (Auburn) that just lost to the team that they beat(Wisconsin).

You really are a moron if you think the Iron Bowl and the Big 10 championship were the same level of beatdowns. Auburn actually led the Iron Bowl going into the 4th quarter and still had a decent chance of winning up until 4 or 5 minutes remained in the game
