There are no "good" crews if you ask any conference so I guess these are as good as any.

They should just use Ivy League crews for all of them.

Pac 12 refs are godawful, the absolute worst.
Expect 15 flags minimum, those guys call every little ticky-tack thing they can.

This might actually work to Alabama's advantage. Big 10 Refs seem to let a lot of things slide while the SEC refs are in the middle.
