OK, who would you choose, in this year's offense and Staff.
Really think I would take Cooper. He is more versatile than Wholeo in this offense. Wholeo would beast out in this offense as well but I can only speculate.

Why are you spelling Julio's name like that?
Also Julio Jones. Amari is the better college player because he is a polished route runner and has great speed/agility for a college player. The offense he plays in is also much more explosive.
If Julio didn't have McElroy throwing to him and had McCarron/Sims, he would have been the GOAT and it wouldn't have been a discussion/Heisman winner/1st overall pick.
The fact that Amari can't get much better, Julio's physical imposing athleticism and size is what sets him apart.

If we are talking about each player in their college days, it's Cooper by a huge margin.

Cooper doesn't have stone hands. And is just as fast with more elusiveness. Runs perfect routes.
Coop all day.
Coop all day.

As much as I like Cooper.
Julio.
Julio.

eholeo is my choice, of course

Honestly can't decide. Coop is a much better route runner and has better hands. The tease with Julio was/is his physical abilities and what he may have done with a better QB.
IF I HAVE to choose I'm taking Coop. With a better QB(not knocking Blake) he may have even had better numbers.

Amari Cooper hands down. He's got better hands, and stronger hands. Also, he is better at stretching the field vertically and gets behind the whole defense. He also is quicker and still hard to bring down.
Amari cooper is strong too, he's a 400 lb bench presser

I think you have to take Julio. Sometimes us fans get too stuck in the moment. People for some reason credit most of Blake's success to Kiffin (and Coop), yet somehow underestimate the impact he's had with Coop. The one thing Kiffin is more known for than making a QB look good, is abusing his star talents, especially at the WR position. Coop is the hands down, best receiver in this class and will be a great receiver in the NFL. I just think Julio is/was a notch above him.

if we are going by college production, I would take Cooper in a land slide. Julio has hit another level in the NFL though.

I'll take a hybrid named Julio Cooper in Kiffin's offense with Grohl back at WR coach.
I just want to see the world burn.

So would I rather Terrell Owens or Reggie Wayne? Julio will beat you by being physically better than you. Cooper will beat you by doing literally everything better than you except being more physical.
I'd take Julio because of what he did in college and what he is currently doing in the pros.
Note: I'm not saying Cooper isn't physical. Just not as much as Julio.

Tough choice. If they played together I wonder who would get the starting nod.

Coop. JJ was good for a drop a game. I think Coop only had a few drops in one game. Coop is 1A and JJ is 1B

This is like choosing between 2 hot super models. It doesn't really matter which one you pick, you can't really screw it up.
I'm going with Julio though. He has NFL experience and you can tell just over the past few years how much better he's gotten. I imagine Cooper with a few years in the pros is going to be even better than college Cooper.
So if it's based on right now, Julio.

Julio has more potential but Cooper has had a better career.
