wouldn't an FSU loss basically seal the deal for MSU to get in as a non conf champ? thoughts?

Depends on what happens in the Egg Bowl I suppose.

Whether or not the MSU homers admit it they're pulling for AU in the iron bowl. Let's be honest.

I'm gonna ROOT for them, regardless.

I'd take a natty without a conference title, don't get me wrong, but I rate my team each year against the following:
1) Compete for the division
2) Win the division
3) Win the conference
4) Make the playoffs
5) Win the natty
Yes, I know my team didn't even get to 1 (or barely did at best). In the MSU context though, this should be their goal.

Why would any State fan not admit pulling for Auburn? I hope y'all beat the brakes off of Bama.

Of course they will. It'd be a hard pill to swallow watching Bama rape that arse twice.

You are easily one of the worst Bama posters. Congrats, that's quite the accomplishment here.

Of course. Playing for National would be great but winning the toughest conference in America is always a goal.

I wouldn't want to leave it to the committee if we were in their shoes. I'd want to go to the SECCG no matter what.

I'd feel the same way. I think they would clearly have one of the 3 best profiles but I sure wouldn't want to sweat out the committee picking Ohio St and one of Baylor/TCU in addition to Oregon and Alabama not even considering that you also get to play for the SEC championship against a good, but not elite, Missouri team.

Aubrun and Flurida have to go through State to get wins? So which route is that?

I believe we are having a language barrier issue here.
