As long as I live in the South it's my intent to visit all the SEC stadiums for a game. Auburn is sort of my adopted SEC team, and I've been to several games up there, and the way that my Auburn hosts treat their guests is exceptional.
Even the AU people tell me not everybody is that hospitable, especially Bama, but that's a rivalry. When I spoke to aTm fans at the AU game, they said the Bama people were incredibly nice to them in T-town.
I find it hard to believe that Athens would be so much different and inhospitable to visiting fans. I know I'm looking forward to seeing a game there, always wanted to go and see football between the hedges.
I'm calling BS on this one.

I just tire about the anonymous letters bashing fan bases or personal anecdotes claiming someone had a bad time at an opposing stadium.
These days everyone has a video camera via smartphone. If there isn't a video of it, I am inclined to believe it didn't happen.
