His numbers should have looked even better today. Too many drops.
He is just so cool under pressure. I just wish he would possibly leave the pocket a few more times earlier in the game. He is so damn slippery when he takes off running.

I haven't been on him since last season, but I'm glad I got behind him and supported him since camp.
I remember the arguments after Ole Miss. I told people he would have won us that game if OJ just jumped and caught the ball.
Games later we see Sims is a gamer who wins games and OJ is a TE who can't catch and is lazy.
I'm glad people stopped doubting him and got behind him. He deserves it. What a great story it would be if he could win us the first playoff.

I don't want to derail the thread but I've seen you post this about OJ a few times. Not defending the drops, there's no denying that's been an issue. I don't see any signs of laziness or lack of effort though. The Ole Miss play was a bad decision by Sims/good play by the DB. You can't expect a receiver to jump for/high point the ball when the QB leads him the way Sims did. I know you disagree but I just wanted to get my opinion out there.
