3 plays cost LSU the game

First of all, congrats to Bama on the win. It was a great game and they made the plays in the end. LSU choked big time, and these are the three plays - each innocent enough on its own - that ended up costing LSU.
1. AJ interception right before half gifted Bama 3 points. Travin Dural slipped on the play. Without this, they wouldn't have been in a position to tie the game in the end.
2. Personal foul on Vadal Alexander after Bama fumble. This penalty virtually ensured that LSU would kick a field goal. Before, LSU had a better shot at six points.
3. The kick out of bounds. Imagine if the game tying field goal had been from 15 yards further back. Yeah, I don't think Bama's kicker makes that, either.
We made bigger mistakes against Ole Miss and got lucky. Not so with Bama. The good news is that the team is a lot better than they were early season.

All I'm going to say is after that interception, you could read the defenders lips saying "I pushed him down" once he got on the sideline.

Bama missed a short field goal (Push)

Bama Fumble (Gift)

10 yards no biggie
without line 2 game would have been 10-10 OT Bama Wins

That's the one that bothered me the most. Totally inexcusable.

True, but I think 1 and 2 sort of cancel out, don't you? AJ interception gifts us 3 points (although there no such thing as a gift FG on our team), and TJ Yeldon fumble gifted you 3 points.

10 yards not 15. Tackle somebody inbounds

If you watched the other camera angle, he then said "REC doing work!" and patted the referee on the arse.

But LSU got the Yeldon fumble. So that cancels out the interception before the half. Turnovers were equal. This game could have gone either way. LSU just didn't make enough plays at the end and Alabama did.

Yeah, Bama missed a chip-shot field goal as well. Shocking, I know.

The worst was that squib kick. Why even risk kicking it out of bounds? Peveto is detrimental to this program.

Actually, I think the non-catch trap by Jones on the last drive was the biggest. If that gift wasn't given, it is 4th and 4 from midfield with 14 seconds left.

FIFY. It was a catch, but you never know what's going to happen when the replay booth starts looking at it.

WTF are you talking about?!? Was an obvious catch. You people are delusional.
