I think this is his last year. Can't see him building up USC again.

Spurier is fine, and his recruiting is good enough for them to reload for next year. Every team has an off year occasionally. Their problem is that they promoted a DC from within who is not SEC caliber. Replace that guy and they will back to competing for the East crown. Its not like they are in the west after all. Spurier owns Richt and Mizzou, UT, and UF aren't much.
