This is just terrible UF, I feel really, really bad for you.

I think they can be proud of the way the University reacted. Would this have happened a year ago? Maybe not. But in this case, change is good.

Will we look back on this incident as the final nail in Muschamps coffin?

No, unless you are accusing him of being there and not doing anything about it or possibly covering it up.

His undoing will be the team's poor performance on the offensive side of the ball with little to indicate that there will be improvement.

Sexual assaults aren't tolerated at any SEC school. UF has never been shy about that and most schools would do the same thing. Maybe not an ACC school in the Panhandle of Florida.

It took a UGA grad to get down there and instill some character. UF, you're welcome. Well done Agent Muschamp.

I think a lot of UF's reaction (the president now speaking about it) is to combat the public perception FSU had when dealing with Jameis.

Problem is if this is just for perception's sake, they're doing it at the expense of Harris.

This is what should be done every time. This isn't a court of law. If there is even the chance that something like this happened you have to remove the kid in question until everything is known. Not doing so is asinine.

No I'm not accusing him of that? Are you that dense?

I'm saying he finally had a QB that have his team life and as soon as he got that QB, he's gone. Now he has to go back to a QB that is hopeless and that could cost him his job.

Jesus, dude... Smh

There is an epidemic hitting college campuses with regards to these sexual assault/rape cases. At this point, you may as well carry around contracts and voice recorders confirming consent because sleeping with any girl could lead to her friends convincing her to cry rape the next morning.

Yep, and people will scream for surveillance cameras to be put everywhere. Big brother city.

But if it stops the accusations, I might be okay with the NSA knowing that I jack off.

Exactly. We all love football, but get some perspective - this kid is accused of sexual assault. If it turns out he's being victimized by a false accuser, then that needs to be punished accordingly. But you don't let the accused go on, business as usual, when that kind of accusation is hanging over his head.

This isn't a court of law. He doesn't get due process. Playing football isn't a right. The University did the right thing.

it's easy to do it when the guy's play one quarter of football... would be a whole lot harder to make that call if you guys were 7-0 with a heisman frontrunner under center.... not to mention something that had occured months ago, not hours.

That's why they passed a law in California putting more legal responsibility on men - requiring them to have a FIRM yes before having sex. This is to protect drunk women, more than anything.

Humm, so how will the big girls get sex? We used to laugh that "I'm soooo drunk" was the big girls mating call. I know this specific event is still in question but there is some truth about the big girls acting drunk, even when they may not be.
