Fournette has 5.8 yds a carry. Yeldon has 5.0. So he would easily start at Bama

Absolutely stupid and pointlessly poor usage of statistics. That's without even taking into consideration the fact they played in different eras so YPC is a bad barometer, one era had far superior defenses and another defenses are completely weak.

Lynyrd is averaging 3.7 a carry vs. non-cupcakes. In fairness, he hasn't really had a chance to find a groove, but the eyeball test says he's an average freshman back.
