Dude was hyped to be the next Adian Peterson. He may be your best back but he is no where and I mean not in the same universe as Adrian Peterson. Considering his hype and what he was suppose to be, if you aren't disappointed you're probably delusional. If he signed for Bama, I know I would be.
Not even half way through his first season and not getting nearly enough carries, but a disappointment. He will dominate the SEC and every team will wish they had him before he leaves here. Book it.

Peterson averaged 5.6 YPC as a freshman. Fournette is averaging 5.8 YPC.
Plus
AP went to to a high powered offense and LF went to 1A Delaware HS offense.

When's the last time you won a National Championship, UGA?

How does that relate to where LF rates against UGAs RBs?

If he came in during fall camp he'd be right behind Gurley. If he joined Georgia right now he'd be ahead of Chubb

ke any other SEC RB, Fournette will go as his OL goes. That's what to watch for with every team in the conference. Yeldon's FR. year, he ran behind one of the best OLs in recent memory. They can make a RB look good or bad. I'm just happy to be in conference play.
This guy is either one of the only ones here not trolling or just one of the only ones that gets it. I don't give a frick who you put in at RB. If he had to run behind a line that has been as inconsistent as ours against a stacked box because the other team didn't respect Jennings passing, no other RB would do any better. If you can't see that then you need to learn football. He has yet to be put in a position to shine but with Harris taking the reigns at QB I have a feeling that is about to change!

Nice try. Only Gurley is better at this point in time. You do realize he's averaged over 6 ypc since Wisconsin, including against MSU. 'Bout some lame arse trollin' there Dawg.

Gurley is the best back in College Football and it aint close. Nobody denies it. Leonard Fournette is a freshman with a lot of talent and had a lot of high expectations coming in. His best days are ahead of him and what he will become may be great or he may be a bust. Not enough games played yet to judge him. LSU's has problems this year, Fournette isn't one of them though. I just find it odd that Georgia likes to talk that BS when they are the classic underachievers since since Herschel Walker last stepped on the field. They make that yearly azz whoopin to South Carolina they take as a family tradition. Lol

Well, at least Fournette would have moved up in the pecking order at this point
