Every play when he is downfield he is jumping around. I don't think it was intentional.

Man, I can tell if the people defending him are trolling or just flat out stupid.

I'm assuming that you've never played football. Stepped on? Really?? I've got scars on both legs from bites I received under the pile.
A little warm water will rinse that sand out of your vagina.

It truly is amazing how fandom can distort one's sense of reality. The guy clearly stomped intentionally and he has done it before.

If you don't see the acceleration in his body language right as he stomps on our player, then you are lying to yourself. The GIF clearly shows it.
Damn we have superman on our team! ACCELERATION IN MID AIR!
Left the ground, your player then turned. Switch to the reverse angle. Coming down.. it's clearly 1 foot, not both. He clearly kept the knee bent and did not extend it. His knee is bent!
And that acceleration... It's the video being returned to normal speed from slow motion!

You wouldn't think state fans would be capable of such mental gymnastics.
Justify away!

Never said he did.

He was in the air, your player rolled over. He can not change direction after leaving the ground. He can however try to avoid landing with both feet, and he did that. Second foot cleared him and landed on the ground.
There is a difference between stepping and stomping. If Dillon would not have engaged his leg just prior to making impact it would be considered a step. However he did engage his leg (aka, cocking like you cock a gun) to put more energy and force into the defenseless players stomach.
When a person makes an effort to engage there leg as Dillon did it is clearly intentional.

Some people defending him in this thread have reasons that would surprise you.

The first one he probably could have worked more at avoiding (even though he was in midair and the player on the ground rolled where his foot was coming down). The second one was unavoidable and the guy better be glad that his foot came down on his groin and not on his nuts because there was no way to avoid that one.

As stated in another thread, I don't ever wish anything bad on anyone, but this guys needs to have his knees taken out from under him. I would sleep better knowing this guy gets hurt just as bad as the players he hurts.

There is no angle, no shot of him, while in mid air, pulling his leg in and stomping it down. Sorry, there's just not.
The only time he bent his knee or raised his leg was in the jump to clear the people on the ground.
His knee was still bent when he landed, indicating he was not stomping and trying not to put all of his weight on him.

As to what happened; from the video, it appears at least one was avoidable. What the punishment should be, I don't know.

AH!! Eye for an eye? What about your DL's chop blocks?

He gets hurt every game. Eye gouging and players hands on his throat during plays and shite. It's FOOTBALL, it's a contact sport, shite happens. I'm glad that other fans have found something to try and take away from our historical win for our program but IDGAF.
