Shane cannot help his ignorance. Forgive his dim whit. Either due to youth or birth defect.

More like the Joker . . . The Cesar Romero Joker too - not the cool Ledger one.

Les Miles has stayed true to himself and his philosophy on how to win football games. He has not panicked when most teams have adopted the spread concept. He believes in the power running, which wears most teams down by the 4th Qtr. He has had some fortunes, but most great people create those fortunes via hard work, dedication, and internal belief. His players love him to death and will give him victory against tGrind this Saturday.

OK, so it is disguised genius IYO. The Cleaseau analogy is great if you understand the concept of those flicks. Works for me, I love Les.

Clouseau isn't actually a genius though.

He's the second biggest troll in collegiate athletics, only taking a back seat to spurrier

Who is Les's Cato to his Clouseau?

Better yet, who is Dreyfus to his Clouseau?
I know what I'm watching later tonight.

No, but his twin played a small role in the 1996 film "Fargo."
It's the scene where Jerry Lundergaard (Wm. H. Macy) tells the irate couple he's selling a car to, that he will "go talk to my boss."
He goes back in the kitchennette room and asks another employee of the dealership who's taking a break watching a hockey game, if "he's going to the next Gophers?' game and if he has an extra ticket." The other man replies "You kiddin'??"
This other man in the break room could have been a split embryo with Miles. :)

If it is just pure blind luck... I wish to God that I could borrow his lucky rabbit's foot for a while. The man wins a ton of ball games and plays a fairly stout OOC schedule most years while doing it. If all of that is just due to a string of probability shattering luck... we should elect him President and let him chow down on the White House lawn.

He sure wasn't particularly lucky last year. See end of Georgia and Ole Miss games.
And not in 2012 either. See end of Bama and Clemson games.
In 2011, he didn't need luck. We beat a schedule with 9 bowl team 500-123.
I'll grant he was lucky in 2010 against Tennessee when UT's coach sent 14 men onto the field on the last play.
