Screaming. Teething. She has a cold. She doesn't want to eat anything. The wife and I can't even walk in the kitchen without her throwing a tantrum. I'm losing my mind as well.
It gets better, right?

Lock her in her room. Turn the lights off. Go to sleep

Want the "kick a toddler in the face" thread?

From being the one causing problems it won't get better.

I know a girl who did the same thing as a toddler. Now she works on a pole.

Yes. Toddlers, elementary age, pre-teens, and teenagers are pure bundles of joy that will cause you no grief.

Scotch or bourbon for the teething.
Benadryl for the cold.
Paregoric for the tantrums.
Some wine and and sex for mom and dad.

My 5 year old got in trouble for hitting his brother, getting out of bed, running around the house butt naked after shower, not eating his spaghetti, and a host of other things since I've been with him at 5 PM today. I also benched him at soccer practice because he was whining.
You tell me. Does it get better?
The answer is yes, because I only have to wipe my own arse everyday.

Your daughter is a woman in training, so losing her mind is normal. And no it won't ever get better so DWI

Then you can double your trouble.
I'm going through it atm with my 1 yr old son. My 10 yr old helps alot with him and that circumvents some of the crying and screaming when you leave/walk out the door/ or go upstairs.
It's just a phase they go through where they feel they are being abandoned etc... Pick up a basic child psych book and it may help to adjust or deal with some of these developmental stages they are going through.
Best of luck sorant...
