Both teams obviously have got plenty to figure out on both sides of the ball.

A win is a win and neither team was playing FAU. (oh, for bama thats next week.)
Much improvement normally happens from week 1 to week 2.

Bama didn't look that bad on offense IMO. Sims was accurate just had a couple of bad throws. They can still run the ball down your throat.
LSU, we couldn't run the ball worth a shite until that second LBer went out with an injury. Jennings lofting every pass he throws. Lots of kinks to iron out.

Neither. Both will still be undefeated when they play each other. Both will win 10 games.

LSU and Bama looked about equal yesterday honestly. Its really too early to tell.

I think, from a coaching standpoint, this is a good thing. Both teams will improve. By the end of the year they will be peaking.
They say teams improve the most from Week 1 to Week 2. Week 1 just get the W.

Gahhh...hard to say. I guess LSU. The D was suspect I suppose at times but I was pretty impressed overall...but they have a boatload of suck at a pretty important position. Bama should worry as well...their secondary stinks..and let's see how Blake handles the pocket when he doesn't have an eternity to hold the ball and pick his target against SEC defenses.

Bama doesn't really have much to be concerned about.
Well over 500 yards of offense.
We have a kicker now.
Our punter looks great. (Great Scott!)
Our defense didn't do that bad. The secondary did bad, and mostly Sylve. but someone other than Sylve out there and it looks a lot different. And yeah, they dropped a few passes, but so did Bama. We lost the TO battle and had more penalties than they did.
They only scored 16 points on offense. Don't forget they had a KO return for a TD. We gave up KO returns for TDs in the opener in 08 and 09 as well. They only had 1 offensive TD. We played them a lot better in the second half.
Get Eddie Jackson to 100% and replace Sylve, eventually work TB onto the field, and we'll be fine.

Neither...both teams will gel by SEC play

LSU What was supposed to be the strength of the team was actually the biggest weakness. Both lines were dominated by an inferior team.

LSU. I get it's the first game, but I'm not sold on Jennings. The offensive line isn't as great as I thought, LSU's front seven is serviceable at best, and we had to deal with the same old penalties and basic confusion known from a Les Miles team.

There is no way LSU is still undefeated after the Florida game.

Both should be equally concerned.
Bama's pass D, and LSU's run D were both terrible.

Agreed. One of them is to open up the offense more. Once the passing game was used to throw the ball more then 5 yards downfield....what do ya know, it opened up our running game.

And in the 4th quarter, both of LSU's lines dominated Wisconsin.
Our inexperienced QB got MAJOR experience leading his team back from a 24-7 deficit at a neutral site against a ranked team in primetime.
Our totally green WRs stepped up with HUGE plays.
Our secondary is going to be ridiculously good, especially when Rashard Robinson comes back and Jamal Adams gets some experience.
As Quentin Thomas continues to recover and Bain gets back, the DT rotation will be better.
Porter is needed at center and his return will help.
Fournette will get better. He was timid. That will change.
A huge come from behind victory in the first game is a great experience for a very young team like LSU. They now know what they need to work on and they have a major confidence builder.
This went from a 6-6 team to a 9-3 team (at least) in the span of a quarter of play. What if the KEEP improving?
