All it would take is for the state legislature to repeal one silly protectionist law that prevents manufacturers from selling directly to the public.
The market value of nearly every dealership in the country would be halved if the dealership lobby didn't own local politics.

I saw a quite a few of them drving around when I was in bama for my med school interviews. I wasn't surprised though but what I was surprised by was the number of FSU "fans" in dothan.

There have been a lot of FSU fans in Dothan since the 80s. FSU is actually closer to Dothan than UA and AU. There also a lot of panhandle people that live in Dothan.
