Is this like the Fulmer Cup where Vandy's arrests don't count? Cuz they had some pretty serious ones in that time frame.

Of course places like Baton Rouge aka red stick...don't arrest football players...or the average joe on the street for that matter.
I lived in Jefferson Parrish and unless you committed a homicide right in front of Jeff Parrishs finest the odds are great that they'd turn their head.
In Gainesville and Athens its a whole different story. That's a fact jack and this list is rubbish.
