Arkansas should be above South Carolina. We have better facilities, more money, and we don't have another good program in the state to compete with (Clemson).

Even when splitting the state with Clemson, South Carolina's recruiting base is still worlds better than Arkansas'. Nobody wants to live in Arkansas (unless you're coming from a bigger shite hole like Wisconsin) while South Carolina is a great place to live. South Carolina has a great fan base while Arkansas has some of the worst fans in the country.
