Im sort of a slaw dog guy -- and you cant get them just anywhere.
My best dog places are Charlie Joseph's in LaGrange, GA and NuWay in Macon, GA. Don't be trying to get the Varsity in there! A good friend of mine managed it for years, but while it is okay, not nearly the best dog in the state.
What you got?

I rarely eat them, but I like chili dogs. I dislike all the normal condiments people put on hot dogs.

I like brats covered with grilled onions and peppers with a little mustard and ketchup.

As I've gotten older I've started to like hotdogs more than hamburgers.
I love Chicago dogs and chilli cheese dogs.

I know several people who forgo the bun and wrap their weiner in batter and cornbread

Chicago-style. Dragged through the garden.

Hold the ketchup. I have to admit that I do love a good chili/cheese dog with mustard as well.

Oh yes, and believe it or not, Sonic has some good ones

Sonic's Chicago style dog isn't bad. It's a pretty good interpretation for a major fast food chain.

Skyline coneys with Cinci chili, shredded cheddar, onion, and mustard is pretty damn good.

Beef dogs deep fried in peanut oil or watersmoked. If the latter, I'll dust them with onion powder prior to cooking and when done serve them on a toasted hot dog bun with chopped onions, shredded cheese, mustard, and ketchup.
From time-to-time I'll also cover them with chili.

That's because as kids all we knew were Oscar Meyer or whatever. There's so much more variety in grocery stores and restaurants now.

I don't eat hot dogs if there is something else to eat. Conecuh dogs however are the shiz. Just need a little mustard.
