What about these, Tigahs? Think we'll ever see the "Roar Restored" again?
Also, were these a real thing or is this just a high quality fark?
Yellow hats, white shirts, white pants....

C/UCLA have worn their home unis together recently, now UF/UGA are doing that this year, I
The NCAA changed the rule several years back when USC & UCLA decided to say F the rule and decided that UCLA (which was the home team) would just burn a timeout to offset the lose of timeout that USC had to incur for being a visiting team wearing their colored jersey. The NCAA decided that has long as both schools agreed to it, and that the uniforms must be of easily contrasted colors, then they could both wear their colored jerseys.

The all-whites happened. I think it was 2009?

There's another National Anthem?

Spurrier wanted to play mind games, and I guess it worked that day.
But that's exactly how LSU also started its white jersey tradition--playing mind games against Georgia Tech.

2009 we wore the old gold helmets with an all white pro combat.
In 2011 we actually wore a full all white pro combat, though also using old gold.
I think LSU would look really nice in the all white with our orthodox colors and jersey style but there are so many teams that already do it and do it extremely well that it just doesn't seem necessary to me outside of the occasional pro combat look. Auburn, Tennessee, Florida (though with orange helmets), and South Carolina sport them, and that's just in the conference. I like our current white look with gold pants and helmet and would MUCH prefer if we want to go different to just wear the damn purple jerseys which provide an incredibly unique and cool look.

Its simple. Purple is an ugly feminine color.

That used to be a tradition to wear home and homes for the TSIO, but when they started broadcasting the games on TV back in the day, the black andn white screen meants one team had to be dark and one light. But now, with how far TVs have come, i'd love to see a red and orange TSIO and a Blue and Red DSOR.

I think a special request should be made when we play in Atlanta.

How about a fleur de lis helmet?

Same as the Dallas Cowboys; tradition.

No, we're not the Saints.

I say F no to this. The fleur de lis is everywhere and (sports wise) is for the Saints, Hornets/Pelicans, and now ULL is incorporating it. I liked it in 2005 after Katrina when LSU wore a purple fleur de lis on the back of the helmet but it definitely shouldn't be made a primary logo for LSU ever IMO.

A Cowboys tradition. Ugh. All the more reason for us to drop it.
