Oyster Stew.
Without a doubt, that is my favorite dish. Most people won't try it, which is a shame because the few that have all loved it and requests me to make it whenever they're in town.

I'm always willing to try new food. My wife and I travel a good bit and always make sure to give the local fare a try. Morcilla (black blood sausage) was a particular favorite of mine. Hagis, when prepared correctly, is surprisingly good, too.

For snacks some times I eat hickory flavored tuna right out the pack. People always comment on it when they see me do it. Especially if I am drinking choco milk with it. But when they taste it they usually find out its pretty good. The hickory flavored packets really subdue the normal fishy taste of tuna.

These are awesome if you prepare them right.
put them on cookie sheet. sprinkle salt over them. drizzle EVOO. move sprouts around on sheet to mix the salt and oil all over. Place in oven on 400 F for 30 minutes to 35 minutes. best to shake the pan every 8 minutes or so to move them around. they should look well cooked when you pull them out. drizzle soy sauce and some drops of tabasco on them. mix around again to spread the sauce. enjoy!

How can someone hate marrow? More like they just haven't tried it.
For me. Hogs head cheese or beef tongue. Gooey duck.

Bring it to an SEC tailgate. You won't have that issue in the South.

Its better if you cut them in half before you put them on the sheet, and throw some bacon in there too.
For me I would say its Pate. Shits bomb, yo.

Would probably reduce the cooking time but I really like the taste of biting into them whole.

They get really crispy around the edges if you cook them cut face down.
